Breathing is for life!
We could survive without food for several weeks. Without water, the maximum we could survive is one week. Without sleep, we begin to hallucinate after 3 or 4 days.
But without breathing it is minutes!
Most of the time we are completely unaware of our breathing but without it, oxygen does not get into our lungs.
Not breathing deeply enough results in lack of energy and moodiness.
Just by taking a few deep breaths, regularly, you will calm your mind and relax your body.
