"Life's Greatest Opportunities are Fulfilled by Facing Life's Greatest Challenges" Eleesha
There is no shortage of challenges in life! Life is a journey through loss with many obstacles along the way. We will experience the loss of loved ones through bereavement: The loss of good health through illness, accidents or old age.
And major life events such as: getting married, giving birth, divorce, redundancy and retirement are all challenging times that can cause stress and anxiety.
When something difficult and challenging happens to us, we have three choices. We can either allow the situation to define us for the rest of our lives. Let it destroy us. Or use it to strengthen us and to make us better, rather than bitter.
This audio learning experience will give you the opportunity to make the decision to become stronger, more assertive, and better, not bitter.
How this short audio learning experience works:
This audio presentation has been designed using an experiential learning model, Kolb, D. A. (1984): concrete learning, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation.
By taking this approach we hope to cater for all learning styles.
You will be given specific new information in the recording usually as “key tips”, “explanations” and “quotes”. You will be led through a gentle but positive meditative reflection process to assist you before conceptualisation and then putting your new skills into practice.
You will be encouraged to return to the recording from time to time to re-listen and reinforce your learning and the desired changes in your life.
Enjoy!
